Ok so I been doing mike/Luke questes and I am stuck on one of them that asked u to go to like 5 roads and u have to check the warning sign or something like that.. Help would be welcome!'

Goto Perion ==> Perion East Street Corner ==> Keep heading right through the portals and look for npcs in each map. They look like notice boards. Click on them. You know they are an npc because they appear as a green dot on your mini map.
