I Found Out, I Don't lag/d.c in Galcia but I do in Scania

So I got pretty tired with the lag and d/cing in Scania, I couldn't go to channel 1 I d/ced and if I COULD (1/1000 chance) I would lag like hell not even able to interact with the game at all. My internet speed it fine and I don't have the optioum thingy So then I deiced to try the Evan, so I went to Galcia and when I tried cc1 to make the Evan, It worked fine O_O no lag... I'm really pissed D:<, I cant play on my f/p mage, and I was gunna try to hit lvl 200 by end of spring break D:<! any SOLUTIONS to fix the lag/ d/c in Scania? PLEASE

i suggest u save up money and buy nx so u can get ur f/p out of scania and bring to another server (PLEAZ WINDIA I WANT THE JOY OF SEEING ANOTHER F/P)

113-200? In a week? Maybe 120, but not 200, and when you do get that high, it'll take even longer, I heard you need the same amount of EXP from 199-200 that you need for 1-147 Also just go on ch 2 or something if you needa go into the FM?
