About Evans and their skillbooks (Hime need some info >.<)

Okay so we're all aware of how you have to buy Evan skillbooks from the cash shop, but my question is, will these books be there forever? Or are they limited time? Also, was him right in that they will be able to be acquired from monster drops and quests in the near future? Thanks

From reading some other threads, I heard one person way when the LVL-Up event is over, they will drop from monsters/be available through quests, but until then, there's no way, nice job Nexy, making us buy it the time we need it most -_-
