Do i have to start the game from the website?

For some reason MS is making me start the game from the website, which is forcing me to reinstall the game. I hate starting it from the website. Are there any work-arounds?

Go to maplestory's file, left click on the picture of the maple house, than create shourt cut put in desktop, im using psp sorry, i cant be more specific

Delete your maplestory shortcut. Go too your nexon/maplestory folder and make a shortcut of GameLauncher.exe (Put that on your desktop and use that)

I'm not in front of my MS computer now, but I believe I simply added "GameLaunching" to the shortcut. Once I did that, it launched as always. Simply right click on the desktop shortcut, click properties, and add that after the maplestory.exe. Edit: I just confirmed, the shortcut I created that launches the game directly is: C:NexonMapleStoryMapleStory.exe GameLaunching
