Come on, Nexon. First I have to use NX to get Magic Guard (One of the most important skills for mages), THEN said paid-for skill glitches at 17, and NOW I find out that the glasses I'm so passionately chasing after MAY TOTALLY FAIL? This is messed up. I love the Evan class, I thought Nexon did great, but they REALLY need to get there minds together. This is INSANITY. |

| you dont get 60% and 30% scrolls when you get to those levels, those are ones you get from the gacha. The oens you get at those levels are 100%, and they are nutrasdeable, un-karmable, and one-of-a-kind. the ones you get at 50, 70, 80, 100 are 100%'s, they give the same stats as the 60%'s and 80%'s. |

[/quote] I just got to lvl 50 and it was a 60%.. It worked but idk, it may work all the time but the scroll said 60% |
