Neo City quest glitched?

Hi I started doing the neo city quests, because I'm interested in the new high level attachments, and currently I have to collect 20 papers for the crying girl. They supposed to drop from all slimes there, but I just killed like 150, but not a single one dropped. So is there something I'm missing here, or if this is the actual drop rate, then I have to ask, are they kidding?

It's not glitched, they just rarely drop.

I spent like 2 hours there and got 3, i came back with a bishop, went wayy better =)

Got them all on 2 hours of 2x drop. Also got a clean slate scroll 1% from them while hunting.

That's the way it is. I spent around 5 hours looking for them, with about 1.5 of those on 2x drop. : You'll be killing THOUSANDS before you're done.

I was there for 1 hour, I got only one. I was so mad that I threw it away. XD

It took me about 3 hours to find them all... Pretty rare

Somehow if you CC after you've found one, another one will drop. I somehow did 3hrs for the first 8 then within 1 hour for the rest. Good luck!
