Level 17 Magic Guard

Not sure what happened, but when I leveled to 40, I got my 3 points to put into my "3rd Job" skills, and it wouldn't let me put the last 3 points into Magic Guard. The arrow was dark as if to say it's already mastered. Any... Hints on this? Anyone else experience it? Yes, I bought the skill book, with a heavy heart, because I do wish to explore Evan, but if there are glitches and such included to, this just more salt in the gaping hole, that Nexon caused~

mine's is like that too i got the mastery book, but when i lved to 40, i couldnt raise mg anymore. im stuck with lv18 mg, with 3spare skills from my 3rd job skills. anyone know how to fix this, or if nexon is gonna fix it?

I am able to max both skills. Maybe there is a glitch but the way to fix it is to max out mg first. That is what I did and able to max out the rest of the skills. Make sure to do your quests as well.
