| they reset at 12:01 doesnt matter when u use them like if u use it at 11:58 and at 12:01 it resets |

| Pacific Time? Where do you live? I live in Australia and the buffs usually reset at 6:00 or 7:00, and im trying to pinpoint which one it is. |
