Is the Evan event nx skill package the only way to get the skill books? And is there a evan mount?

nobody has found an alternative yet and i hear that the mount is the dragon itself but i can't confirm that

Yes for now u got to buy it from the cs and 4 the mount u get on the dragon

You can ride on your dragon at level 50. Small quest and it costs 10 mil to be able to do it.

@above. According to everyone else you kind of have to but it from the cash shop unless you want to be stuck with level 5 magic guard for the rest of ur evan career. I would buy it now cause when its not in the cash shop and is dropped by monsters, the price for it is going to be alot.
