Anyone know what went wrong? :O I maxed dragon soul but only have 18 to magic missile :P

You didnt do the quests. They give additional SP

@Minomaru, the quests keep going in henesys, make sure you talk to Rina (sp?) i think it is on the left side of town when your dragon starts talking about wanting to help people

yea dont listen to the dragon, its a stupid baby and doesnt know any better. Just wondering, after you finish all the quests, do you do the ones to get the hat with stats or the one with Luke?
