Ok so when im a lvl 30 evan Do I get Magic Guard or do I need a mastery book and if I do need one how do I get it thx~

You get MG 5 Only way to get MG20 right now is with nx. Unless someone confirms it's monster droppable.

KMS either had MG raiseable to 20 from the first place or had a quest,if Nexon America releases CS mastery books for dual blades,I'll be mad.
