Hell Levels for Jobs?

For me, I would think either lvl 50-70 were my hell levels, or lvl 73-? which is where I'm at. What do you guys think? Also, when will my hell levels stop? I'm currently grinding on Windraiders. xxx Atleast getting nx clothes seems to motivate me.

60-70 Bad exp at most pq's not too many "fun" training spots. Correct me if I am wrong, but I've never really saw any fun spots, mp3 is fun, but then it gets bad with all the ks, and stuff.
