^^^ He speaks the truth. It's off a Perion map, but it's hard to describe in words. If you look at the Perion maps on Hidden-Street it'll show you exactly where it is and how to get there.

You have to go into a wooden door, it's a hidden portal. I can't remember where it is, but I think a few maps away from perion.
