Evans Dragon Equips

I got their equips but I can't open his equipment menu, how do I do this? I click the Dragon Button in my Equipments but nothing opens.

How do you get the equips for the dragons? And I thought the dragon equip window automatically is there when you open up your Equip window o-O

You double click the equipment and your dragon will equip it.

You do the quest chains that Luke gives you around like level 23ish? Im not sure on the level, but after you finish all his quests you get a medal.

Anyways. Press E, your dragon equipment thing should be to the left of yours, and just equip it like a regular equip.
