Do you have to have NX to play evan class?

title pretty much says it all I read something about having to buy your skills with NX for evan. is this true or is it just for high level?

no you can still hunt for the books, the nx way is just faster. if you really want to buy them just mts some stuff

but the skill books are for high levels or all levels?

there is so many people creating Evans. i am at channel 13 and theere is so many people there and i though i was in channel 1
