poison mage bc u lvl like crazy. over 100% an hr on 1x starting from 4x if u go to TJs. i still get 100% up the point i am now, lvl 64. i took time off and felt like makin new chars. made like 10 chars this yr already

Play a gunslinger, it's really fun to have crap damage and really slow leveling 1-70, and sniping newts with burst fire spam for most of 3rd job is great (but you have other skills you can use and other places to train if you want to level slower!). The breaking ship with almost no speed or jump that you have to dismount whenever you want to move or climb a ladder is also incredibly fun.
