do you still need nx to get skills above lv5?

hey guys i need to know if you still need to buy the package in cs to get certain skills above lv5 has anyone confirmed if you need to get it from cs, or can you hunt the books? if you can hunt the books down, will it be rare? or will it be easy to obtain? or do you HAVE TO get skills from CS? if so... nexon sucks = =

They won't allow you to raise your skills past 5 unless you buy them from the cash shop

i know that theres offers for nx, im just saying is there another way BESIDES nx to get the mastery books?

not right now. It is a way to make money. There will not be another way to get them nor will they get from quests for a long ass time. Trust me. People are desperate. They will buy. In a month when Eva is regular then and when all the Eva events expire, we will be able to get them from quests or drops. Right now cash shop is the only way and it will stay that way. That is why i quit until another way is made.
