So i have to log in the website now?

The patch says if i log in from maplestory.exe it will send me to nexon's homepage, does that mean i have to download cause i never did. o_o

Took me a while to understand what you wee saying. Yeah, you have to log in from the site, but you have to have maplestory downloaded.

GameLauncher - Running the MapleStory.exe will now take players to the Nexon website. - Running GameLaunching.exe will allow the user to choose between direct launch or web launch. So I guess there's going to be a new file called GameLaunching.exe that replaces the old MapleStory.exe

Seems like fail >_>. Whenever i have Firefox running in the background, maple loves lagging out and giving me that "Speedhack detected" error >_>. Just makes everything a bit more inconvenient.

I allreadly have to launch maple from the website, at first I thought it was bad, but now I really like it alot more then the old way, saves alot of time since if you want to switch chars you dont have to relog again.

You don't need to launch it from the website. When ever the message pops up, you just press "ok" then try again. Always work for me.

I think I have a theory behind it but it sounds really stupid: I usually close all my processes but when I quit the game, I wait for the ad to pop up and click it away then reopen explorer.exe before shutting down my compueter.

There is no need to log in from the site, go to your Maple story folder and create a shortcut of the Maple Story launcher and it'll start the old way.

I dont mind logging in the site now. When i click the shortcut on my desktop it directs me to the website. So i dont mind. just as long as i get to play. =D

Think about it this way : MapleStory.exe --> by default, you get directed to website to log in GameLaunching.exe --> (setup program like) you can choose the MapleStory.exe behavior : wheter to Launch from Website, or Directly
