To those who did not get their 10k maplepoints

To those who have not got their 10k maple points, As you have noticed Nexon has gave out maple points to some of the people affected by the log in issue. Though i did not recieve mine when they did. A few weeks ago i logged a ticfket requesting help as i was unable to attend the 2x exp/drop event on the Febuary day(s). A few days ago I checked my ticket It said 'Closed by GM' in bold orange letters, so I log onto my account, enter the cash shop and there it was my 10K maplepoints. What I am saying is to those of you who have still not yet recieved the Mapleppints Log a ticket stating that you did not recieve it.

He's right, took them 2 weeks to investigate but they eventually gave compensation.

Lol @ above posters, if you're a Mage you can just change your title from Cleric, or whatever Mage job you are to Evan. And I got my compensation too. :D
