How do I find out when I will get unbanned?

| I was recently banned, and I clicked on it super fast. It said what I was banned for, and blah. I didn't read the date of my unban clearly. If you can tell me on how to find out, I would really appreciate it! (I was banned for misconduct, if that helps.) Oh and, every time I try to log on, I click on my world, and it exits maplestory. |

| Well I go onto the website, and it lets me choose my server. I click on bera, and it takes me out of maplestory. I already sent like 2 tickets, but no reply. |
