Why are Evan attack SO slow?

I've watched a few videos of Evans and all their attacks take atleast a few seconds. Anybody else noticed this? Do Evans get some sort of spell booster?

They dont get booster from what I know....

Yes evans do have magic booster, but whatre u talking about? o_o a few sec for each move? Dude only those charging moves take that long

They're beast though. And they only seem slow if you only use the same one over and over...

Okay better comparison?* *Double shot, Fire arrow, and Aran skills {I think Aran skills are kinda slow personnaly, especially w/o booster and a slow PA}

Have you never played a Mage before? Most attacks are about that speed.

They're slow and weak. Almost as bad as a Pally.
