Dragon Glasses mini-rant! + Protest?

OK, so Arans come out and you can get a sweet ring for leveling them up. Nexon gives you a generous ~6 months to earn them. Seems fair. Now, Evan comes out - similar deal ... yet you have to get from 1 - 100 in one month if you want to get the glasses + all the scrolls (which are only 30%!)? This is just stupidly ridiculous! Yes, I know it's not impossible to do (I did 1-100 in 6 weeks on my Aran without any leeching), but as Mr. Basil rightfully points out Nexon is increasingly lavishing rewards to Maplers who can invest large amounts of time (6+ hours a day) while mild to moderate Maplers get left behind. I don't see why Maplers can't be given until August or September to earn these glasses - anything that's more reasonable than just 4 weeks. Yeah, they're tradeable within an account, but there's no W.Att on them like there are in other versions of MS. What's up with that? I encourage you all to send Nexon a ticket voicing your concerns and ask (-not threaten, harass, demand, etc. etc.) that they consider giving Maplers a more reasonable time frame for earning these one-time-only items, given that they cannot be traded. http://maplestory.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART=/News/View&boardNo=100&contentNo=006Q4 (Official Site) Edit: Thanks to several of you for pointing out the specifics.

You've got a point, although I haven't seen anywhere that we only had a month to get the glasses. The trailblazer event lasts one month, there isn't any word on the site about the glasses. Personally, I probably won't make an evan for the glasses. Getting from lvl 1-80 is too tedious for me, my aran ring mule hasn't even reached 70 lol. I'll be sticking with my LPQ glasses =D.

You could easily get to 80 in a month. I haven't played MS in around 2 weeks now, and what I plan to do, is get on for a week, and get my evan to like 100, then go back to inactive mode. Play like, 4 hours a day on 4x and your set?

This is gay, other servers got 100% scrolls and now we get 60%s? Same stats too, and the ones that add more magic end up being 30%s

You can't even get atk on them, only matk I guess gMS changed it. They also got %'s on it....... This is from the v84 notes on the website: Level 30 Dragon Glasses Level 50 60% Scroll, all stats +1 Level 60 60% Scroll, all stats +1 Level 80 30% Scroll, Magic DEF +1 , Magic ATT +2 Level 100 30% Scroll, Magic DEF +1 , Magic ATT +2 Is this a mistake because aren't the glasses suppose to give W. ATT +1 instead of MAGIC DEF +1 ?

Hmm...I guess this changes everything...now most people won't make Evans for glasses...resulting in less inflation/deflation for items related to them.

Only thing good about these glasses is that they have 5 slots thus making it better to chaos then LPQ glasses. 2+ all stats leaves 3 slots for chaos or the new scrolls their bringing out. IMO dont use the 30% scrolls its just a waste.
