Calm down, people. We don't really know what this is. It could be that they sell 100% mastery books in the cash shop to make it easier for wealthy players, while monsters still drop the regular mastery books.

Since the job advancements for Evans are different (get new skills as dragon grows), I suppose you can buy this book to UNLOCK Magic Guard (before Lv 30). It may start at Lv ZERO, but you can put SP into it if you have any. So it might go like this... (This makes the most sense to me, but hey... who knows what will happen until it does?) You are Lv 15 and spent 2 SP on a skill. You have one leftover (obviously). You spend some NX and buy the Magic Guard Mastery Book. Now instead of waiting until Lv 30 to get MG, you use the book immediately. Now you have Magic Guard, but it's at Lv 0. Now you're a Lv 15 Evan who is able to put one point into MG. From reading Spadow's blog, they did the same packages for Dual Blader too.
