"Blue PIN reset Button"?

So, I had had an old acc way back when we still had PINs, so a good four weeks or so and I lost my PIN. And, i thot i could just log on and bypass it because we got the new PIC's. I guess I was wrong on that( you still need to enter your old PIN), so i logged a ticket on the website, about the PIN reset, and it was auto-closed saying that I could just go to my account info (after putting in the personal info) and there would be a "blue PIN reset button". I did( put in my acc info) and got to the page where you can reset your password, and there is no "blue PIN reset button". Am I being incredibly stupid right now? What the heck should I do? How do you reset your PIN?

just go on the maplestory website, log in from the site and then on the character card there should be a "ifo" button click on it, then all your info is there and also the "blue reset button"

It's the link to the blue pin reset button. Type it into the google bar then.

I tried searching the page w/f3 cuz i tend to miss stuff, but it wasn't there.

So the location is just Nexonwebiste>login>info? when i click info it asks for my personal information (birth date). past this?

Log in, Go to "Info" which is the button beside where your character is supposed to be on the left side of the page. You'll go into the page where you can set your "main" character. On that page there should be a blue button that says "Reset PIN or PIC". Click it. EDIT: Nvm, didn't notice your post.
