Where is the Astaroth pq?

I keep hearing about this party quest but i have no idea what it is, where it is, or how to get there. Can someone please give the the level requirements and the location of the party quest? Thank you.

My Characters: TouchofLife - 71 Scania Priest

You have to do all of your job quests (the ones where they give you the animal hat) And the pq is located deep into ant tunnel but you have to do all the quests first to enter.

You need to finish ur job's animal hat quest>5 new quests pop up>finish those>you get an astaroth quest>THEN you can do the PQ>not a definite chance of getting ur weapon.

i wouldn't bother with this pq it's always been dead when ever i went there and this is from ch 1-19 on sat and sun

You also have to be lvl 40 and under and have a gas mask etc
