I got hacked, so I am making a new account and character on Scania. I decided I am going to become a perma beginner.

You need a TON of funding. It took me 3.5 years to get a perma-beginner to lvl 86, but without ever giving a dime from another account to him. I killed monsters for hours just to get 5k, and when I struck 50k, I thought i was friggin rich! lol, good times
