Where to train at 35-40?

I have this cleric that I plan on getting to 40 as fast as possible. but uhmm, where is the best place to train? - my heal is lvl 11.

Cpq is the best place. As for grinding you could try zombie lupins or chronos/platoon chronos but it's much slower than cpq.

Cpq is crap, takes ages to get into a party.

Hard to answer without knowing your level or LUK. Zombie Mushrooms, Zombie Lupins, and PYPQ (at lvl 40) are good choices.
