Forgetting someone's name in MS

So I set up a shop with the message B>this item. And go afk for a bit. I come back later and I see a reply from someone who has that item. I search where they are (in their own shop afk). Then I reply in their shop before going afk again. After a few minutes, they whisper me. I whisper them back. Then I go into the MTS to afk from all the Free Market spam. And then I come back, look for their shop (its now gone) and I can't remember their name...so frustrated.
