How do you know you have to pay to max these skills or not? Maybe nexon made a typo or something. Maybe it is if you don't want to complete the quest or something. I highly doubt nexon would make you pay real money for your skills. If they did that then no one will be playing the new class which means less money for them. Don't make posts like these if you don't have any proof to back it up k.

[/quote] GMS better not doing the same thing as KMS (they make 100% mastery book for DB) i think there should be a way to max skill w/o using real money, but......
