Um I just bought a zhelm for 50mill 15/15/15/15 did I get rip?

Pretty much any zhelm under 50mill is pretty good/ rare to find. What do you mean by "it glows blue"?

Basically your hat is above average without being scrolled, but I don't believe the +18 LUK part. I thought they could only go up to 17 clean.

I've never seen a +18 luk clean. Unless you provide us a screenshot, I think it's fake =/
