Hello Basilers, What is the current price of a White Scroll in Khaini? There's this guy in FM saying h/o on his White Scroll is 205m. Good or bad deal? Should I buy or not?

I'm not fully sure about Khaini specifically, but in general, I'd say that's really cheap. They sell for 300mil+, at least in Scania that is.

I thought h/o was holding offer (which is technically highest offer). Btw go for the deal if you can get it under 250m
