Need help getting Rush Skill

Hi I just got my Pally to lv 120 Two days ago and I can't find anyone to do Rush skill quest with. I already got the blue book all i got to do is kill those 200 spear monster with one other 4th Job warrior. I want to know if anyone will help me get rush or is there someone in bellocan who needs to get it too that way we can help each other out. My pally Ign is goodroarhero I am on right now or BL me If I log off. I did try listing but not helping. Idk if i post in the wrong place if i did Sorry basil people. ^^ Also need to HTPQ for holy for my pally if anyone need to do that let me know.
