dam, well every server has its ups and downs when they first start up, give it a few more weeks maybe months(lol) and your sserver should be working fine w/o glitches

Last time the server crashed I checked the rankings and saw I lost a few levels, but when I came back to my char after the server was fixed, everything was the same. So I don't think anyone will lose anything.
