You're forgetting the Hermit is DEXLESS, so he'd miss a lot. o.o And, the CB could bomb..

I think the acc. for luk is .05 and dex is .08. CB would prob win if he bombed

At a minimum, that's like 300 accuracy. Plenty to hit Bigfoot with. OT: The Hermit will probably die a few times, but can kill it after a couple hours. The CB will need to use Mesos Explosion forever. Takes about the same amount of time, but expect deaths here too.
