Evan glasses, fail content?

They have one or possibly two attack. I've heard from rumors that have been spreaded onto basil market. Now I have one question.. Why would a mage need weapon attack on their glasses? Maplestory new content is fail.

its gives you scrolls to scroll it and it doesnt just give watt it gives matt also,its like lilins ring

There's also m.atk on the glasses... Why did the Arans need m.atk on their rings? because apparently 'Maplestory new content is fail.' You can also transfer them in between accounts.
