How do I play MapleStory again?

It's been like a month since I've been IP banned; it seems like everyone else is unbanned. I've sent Nexon several forms, and they haven't responded in any way. Anyone have any advice? Thanks a lot.

Unplug the Internet cable from your modem/router for about 30 seconds or so, the plug it back in. Wait 1~5 minutes. New IP. :D

Is it going to automatically get a new IP address if I unplug my cable for a night? I've tried unplugging it for 10 minutes, didn't work. I've contacted Comcast, they said they changed something but my IP on whatismyip.com is still the same.
