Money making ~ L40 quest

I've heard that there are several level 40 quests which allow you to make a bit of money. Please can some1 tell me what these quests are and whether or not they are worth it for the money u gain? No links to quest guides please, i want opinions from you lot.

Jane's lvl 40 one gives you a 10% or a 60% glove attack scroll, and yes, you should do that one

To The New World is easy and gives you either a 60% scroll for weapon attack (50k - 1 million, depending on type) or a 60% glove ATT scroll (1.7-2 million). Definitely worth doing, the only hard part at level 40 will be the neapandeath seeds (which you can buy in the FM usually). Jane the Alchemist's quest is also well worth doing, if a bit difficult. Along the way you have a good chance of getting some elixers you can sell for 5k each...but basically it's a very hard quest unless you already have money, or you wait until level 50 when you can get a star rock from a quest. If you have the ores already and you don't mind walking through the tower six times, Alpha Platoon's Network of Communications gives you a 10% or 60% scroll for shoe for jump or speed...worth a couple hundred thousand, perhaps as much as 700k. Even though you can start the Nepeandeath Juice quest, don't. Not unless you have the nepeandeath honey already, or you'll just fight some very powerful monsters for no reason. So, yeah, lots of nice quests. Enjoy!

Its basically all the quests that give u scrolls: Jane the Alchemist Icarus and the Flying Pill Alpha's platoon of Communications

don't forget the lvl 42 quest with the ligators and crocos! 10% wpn scroll that u pick AND after the 2nd part a 60% cape scroll(whichever u want) 10% staff(300k on broa) 60% cape(doesn't matter which) 1 mil +
