So far I've earned 30k NX or so and would love to share the list of ones I've done. I made a spam email just to receive all the crap and found a random address to use. -The SuperRewards offers are in different orders at different times and sometimes certain ones are not there, but just check back later or the next day and see if you have any luck. -Also, if you feel you did complete a form and did not receive the NX, click on Missing NX and request an inquiry and put your email in the email box and put your email again in the comments box and then just a short "I filled out the form and didn't get my NX." If they ask for proof, either forget about it or put something random in. (this will get you the NX about 50% of the time). -I did not purchase anything. These are all free, though still I stay under the 'ALL' tab.

What did you say in Customer Service to ge them as completed? o.o And I use my home address all they do is sometimes send you junk mail, if your parents don't care and you wanna make sure you get credited then you can use your real one but I never use my real phone number.
