I'm lvl 51 and I have about 70 dex on my aran. Am I screwed? I was thinking about getting the Crimson Arcglaive but i'm not even sure if I can afford it when i'm at the lvl and I see a bunch of threads about how they made a mistake and should have gone dexless...

No, you are not screwed. Just get str equips to make up for the dex.

I don't get how having higher dex then normal makes you "screwed". You just won't do that much damage, I guess.

you can always restart o.o only one week to 50. if you do restart don't add dex at all

its ok, mines is at 70 as well and my dex equips make up for that. and im doing very well or at least im hitting the monsters i train on....

Just get STR and attack equips where others get DEX and ACC equips. No biggie.

No. It's fine. My Aran has 70 dex too. A plus is that you can go to slightly higher training spots, seeing as you can hit them more often than dexless/low-dex. Just wear Str gear instead of Dex gear and you'll be fine.

I capped mine at 85,it allows me to train at jesters on my lvl

Here is the generic answer you can expect from that question... If the poster has 50+ dex, they'll say it's ok, you're fine. If the poster has 20-30 dex, they'll say you screwed up, but you'll probably be ok. If the poster has 4 dex, they'll say you should restart right now. The reality of the situation is this: There are certain slots you cannot easily scroll for strength, such as shoes, bottom, earring, hat. Since you can scroll those slots for dex, and the dex you can get from those slots is ample to allow you to meet whatever dex/accuracy requirement you are having, the logical conclusion is that anything more than 4 dex is wasted because it can be augmented with mesos. If you are for instance lazy, and don't want to acquire the mesos necessary to replace AP you would have put into dex, then maybe having 30-50+ dex is right for you. However, if you want to get the most damage possible out of your aran, the only solution is 4 dex. Simple as that.
