When resseruct is maxed? I also have Nother question. If I used genesis 30, and it fails, nothing happens right?

When gen 30 fails nothing happens, you might be a bit sad because of how much it cost but nothing happens. It doesn't lower the level. You should aim to HT at around about lvl 140+ (recommended) but you can get away with about 134.

The max level just wont increase and you gotta buy another book till it works. As far as HT in concerned, the average level is 15x+, but I'd recommend waiting till 155 maybe.
