I think the surveys differ from where you live. I just got 4k NX yesterday XD ^Do you use yahoo? If so, Yahoo is not really good for recieving emails. Just make up a new email on gmail.

Lol, well I have like 5 surveys for super rewards, but when i use hotspot shield i have 0 surveys for super rewards, but a bunch for game coins. :D
