How much exp do I get if I PB at crimson guardians?

im at lvl 89 right now, and if i train at crimson guardians with poison bombs, how much exp will i get per min/hr?

Why not just take a minute to train there and record your percent?

Poison doesn't work that well on them though, I believe

If you alternate between two channels, it should give you enough time to poison one map and return to the other without needing to wait. Even after level 100, on 2x, the moment I change maps I'm practically given 1%.
