What's the Best/Cheapest World?

Well I'm gonna buy 40mil and i want to start a new character... Which world would be the best? I have a level 24 Aran in Galicia, but it just seems like a lonely world... Basically, which world has the cheapest stuff, like overall. I think I might create a sin/dit, or maybe a mage.. idk. I'm just failing and have to NPC stuff to travel places in Galicia, and that's not fun.

There is no "cheapest" or "best" world as every world's economy is drastically falling because of Nexon's stupidity. But I would stay in Glacia as it has the same economy of the older worlds Sometimes even better.
