About Targa Runs, Please Help ToT

The only other way to get a Targa helm is to go on the run with the running party if you don't buy it from someone, right? Do you still need to buy SoK if you go on the run? Where can I find a party to go with... T_T Erm, is it like zrunning where I would just "hug the wall" or something...? The stats are random right? :/ So...are the chances high of me getting a below avg one >_> Thanks DX p.s. could someone answer my other question about the price of a clean avg Kage?

Kage's probably not worth anything, just my guess. If you go with a run party, you don't need SoK. Finding someone to take you, however, might prove difficult. Most people prefer to just pick em up, SoK 'em, and sell 'em in their FM stores. Stats are random. Getting a below average is the same as getting a below average Zhelm. It happens.

to even go on the run you have to be 90+, and since you're a priest you'd be able to support the party.

targa drops int and luk [1 of each] and scarlio drops str and dex [1 of each] thats minimum i guess...

Targa is harder of a boss then Scarlion, so it may be a bit harder to get in a party.

1. Correct, you can only get the helm through a run or buying it from someone. 2. No, the only thing you need to go on a run is 7k ~ 8k+ health, and Lv90+. Although some people say that it's not necessary to do pre-quests if you're partied with someone who has done the pre-quests. But you still need a bear for entry. 3. Use Listings to find a guild to do the run. 4. From my experience, it's better to stay up on a platform ledge, so that you don't get touch damage. But Targar hits with magic attacks like crazy, so it doesn't really matter, lol. He does like 2k stun attacks repeatedly too, so it's really annoying. 5. It's entirely random, but I've gotten all underaveraged Hats so far. Although on the runs I'm on, I just pick the unlucky one, because there's usually someone who picks up a 33 ~ 35 stat Helm with me.
