Getting Aran 4th job

Hey so I'm getting my 4th job soon and I wanna prepare so it doesn't take 3 hours instead of 1. I tried looking at the job advancement info on basilmarket but it didn't have any for Aran and hidden-street fails now so anyone know how to get it?

The 4th job advancement is as easy as hell..all you have to do is fight a boss and you're done. No way it takes 1 hour.
