Is anyone experiencing getting kicked out of fm randomly?

ive been kicked out of fm randomly its odd o_o does the fm not like me or something ):

It's a new thing they added, you can't afk inside an fm room for a long period of time, unless you have a store permit.

edit: ninjaddddd if your in a fm room, and dont open a shop after x amount of time, you will be kicked out.

Yeah it does it randomly, it's Nexons way to stop ACers. And as with most things they do it completely fails. Sometimes I can AFK in an FM room all night long, then other times I'll walk in and get kicked back to entrance every 2 or 3 minutes.

Though I've noticed some people are not getting booted out of the FM Room, because they are still, and sitting in a chair. My friend, wasn't booted. She doesn't even have a shop.
