| Most welcome to eMS. You will most likely enjoy your stay here ^^ I would suggest making a Flame Wizard or Night Walker to get yourself some funds. Do some quests here and there that give money. Those are strong enough and can easily get you the necessary funds. Goodluck with your Maple Career here! |

| Lot's of welcomes to EMS =]. If you wanna level up quickly and easily get some funds, I can recommend a Cleric/Priest/Bishop (although there are a lot of them already). Flame Wizards tend to swallow up a lot of potions (as far as I know, since they don't have boosted MP recovery), so I wouldn't recommend one. Warriors *looks at BasilID and sees you got a Page* are always a good choice (there are very few DKs, so chance are you can easily join parties/train/etc. if you make one) since they use very little MP potions... And stuff.... Well, I hope you enjoy your "stay" here in EMS and maybe we'll see each other again sometime (your free to add Akamine (my new char) on your BL) . |

| Hey, good luck on your restart. I think the easiest way to make mesos is a priest, but as DanteVico said already, there are already a lot of them. (me included :D) But even if you're not funded, EMS isn't as expensive as GMS, so it won't be as hard as starting again on GMS. Also, you can add me too. Mistral or FuegoFatuo (my CK, active on both) |

| Welcome. I would recommend a priest (cheap) to gather meso, make future hs mule. Idk how good you can merch but ems is still very cheap. Also, have to state one thing, warriors are NOT cheap. Idk who said that, someone above me, but thats hella not true. I lost around 40m in pots only from 30-70, while I actually made profit on my hermit before on higher lvls. |

All HP pots used can be re-earned by picking up da mezarz dropped, and they use very little MP pots (which usually are the ones that kill your mezarzzzz). Also, if you use 2h (espescially spears/polearms), monsters are easy to keep at bay. |

| @MoonYeti, Here's a nice little fact for you, not everybody is a problem gamer. Games are for fun, if you don't have fun in maple, you're playing too much.
From my experience I had to buy a 2x drop card to fund my pots at Straw Target Dummies and hoodoos/voodoos while training a spearman. I'd go for a cleric to make meso. They're pretty boring in my opinion. Fastest way to make meso is with real cash or by merchanting. |

That skill is not even one of your first skills, its added around lvl 90-100 depending on if you are hybrid or not. And elemental defense only works vs magic attacks, as a spearman you touch the monsters a lot too. A sader or a wk got pg, which makes you save pots from 2nd job and the lvls to get 80 as a spearman is hard because you might lack of acc. But welcome to eMS, I dont recommend any jobs because I find them easy to lvl as long as you got patience. We got tons of pqs that can easy fund you anyway. Not to mention scroll quests in this guide that you can do : http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/752546/0/Quests_you_can_do_to_make_money.html# But if you like rareness make a page, cb or a pirate we still have few of them. Gl with your maple life. Edit: oh ye like hankey said, in ems we can trade some nx items as long as they are bought with nexon cash (others) which means prepaid stuff like sms codes, wallies etc. You can easy buy karma scissors and sell them for 12m each or incubulators and sell them for 4m from cs. I recommend buying scissors and ap resets since most ppl are looking for them. You can only trade the item one time, if you buy an equip dont equip it before you sell because then you cant sell it. |

From my OWN experience, lvl 0-165 on a spearman, warriors burn loads of mesos in potions, ESPECIALLY mana ones. Spear/polearm using doesnt make a single difference, since the attack is slow and you barely ever get to 2-3hko untill very high lvls. |

| I've had 8x DK, 9x WK, and 6x Fighter. From my personal experience I can say that no Warriors in 2nd job burn more pots than the other. Power Guard really does not save you that much money in 2nd job, when the monster does so little damage. It's when the monsters start dealing 1-2k of damage you will really see the difference. In 3rd job, atleast on WK and DK, is when the pot burn begun. But that's also when grinding became more fun and faster. And you should have a decent amount of mesos at 70ish with all the scrolls, drops, and whatever you have gained during 2nd job. =p |
