Is the NX surveys avaliable outside USA/Canada?

| The NX survey from the official Maplestory site, does it work for countries besides America/Canada? Because I live in Australia, and I've been trying to be able to do it, but it keeps coming up with IP error. Anyone know how to fix it or any advice? EDIT: its leads to the IP error page, i click OK and go back to the Charge NX page. And it just repeats. |
