Major Upgrade Time

I need to upgrade, badly, my equips are garbage and I do not know what to do and what to upgrade to make them better. Currently I have: 17/16/15/15 zhelm 5/5/5/5 dep star 11 dex earrings 14 dex blue crusader chainmail (overall) 10 dex 2 att pink adv. cape 14 att wg 1/1/1/1 white belt clean red snowshoes 11/99, 35 acc maple soul rohen (lvl 64 2h) Some of my equips, such as the WG, earrings, zhelm, dep, and possibly the cape I am satisfied with. The main things I want to improve are my cruddy overall, my shoes )obviously), and I need suggestions on whether to use a top-bottom combo, or continue using an overall. My base dex is 4, which people say is really low and a lot of people recommend raising it, I dont want to raise it immediately just yet, I want to see just how low I can keep it without raising it too high. My Accuracy is terrible, I have 144 with the 35 ACC maple soul rohen, and 109 with a regular sword. I can hardly hit Windraiders unless I am using my Soul Rohen. Which needs to change. I have about 250-300m mesos in funds to upgrade, and I am dying to upgrade, I just do not know how, which is why I am asking you guys so please someone help me? What should I do now?

Sell the earrings and get a better overall. Get some acc shoes if you want, it isn't very necessary. Windraiders only take 110 acc to hit at 70+, so you should sufficiently hit it with a screamer or whatever you will use. WS/SB take 110 too, Himes take 125 and Gallops take 136. Sell the cape and get an IC2 with str or dex if you really need it. All you really have to do is get a better overall. Even if you just landed 1 10% which would probably take 10mil max, it is a raise of 6acc. And you really need some damn speed! How do you train like that? You could get acc shoes if you needed to, but speed shoes are so much cheaper and really improve training so much. And just try to level. A MoN really just eliminates any accuracy problems.

upgrade overall to about 20-24dex around 11+ acc there around 100Mil on my server upgrade snowshoes get a aran to level 30 if you really want a lil more dex or acc, altho personally i don't recommend get at least a yellow belt, dosent take that long when your 70+ just do it as a party of 6 ur accuracy is fine

Unless you are planning use an NRW or ST, downgrade earrings and put the excess meso towards a better overall. Aim for a 20 DEX/9 acc+ overall at least. Speed shoes would speed up your training, obviously. Or just grab some ACC ones, though you're accuracy shouldn't be too bad once your other character transfers. You could Maker level 80+ shoes for ACC and speed, if you want both. A new belt would help a lot, yellow or blue should do. (Then STR/DEX scroll for whichever you need.) Get an Aran up to 30 or 50 for a nice ring that'll give you decent accuracy(2.6 for the level 50 ring) along with the atk bonus. Switching the cape for a STR cape(IC2 or PAC, whichever floats your boat) would help you train more efficiently.

train until 80, and then: ->sell the earrings and overall->buy a battle road with better stats than both of those combined-> success ->take the extra money you'll probably have, buy acc or speed shoes-> winner ->sell good sword(for rohen standards)-> buy a heaven's gate or blue screamer with far better attack-> more success don't complain about getting to 80, if you plan on doing so. you have windraiders.
