How do I turn in wind raider badges?

I read that you can turn these in (in quantities of fifties) for stuff from that girl in the forest in NLC. The Problem is that I don't know which quests I need to finish to make it available. I've done all the John Barricade quests, and a friend of mine told me to do something for Jack barricade, but he hasn't given me anything to do (my friend said it was something about a map and giving it to tagrin) can somebody help me out please, I'm not sure what to do....

u have to do elpam gorlab's quests then john barricade will give u a new quest to find jack barricade, then jack will give u a map and then u talk to taggrin for the quest to unlock the exchange quest

You have to do all of Subani's Legacy, Lost, and some of Taggrin's quests. Also you turn your badges into Joko, not Fiona.

And you exchange them in quantities of 100 If you give 50 of each badge(4 badges?), then you get like 1m or something

You have to first do a series of tedious quests, all involving a lot of traveling, and collection of rare quest items, in quantities of approximately 50-60 a quest. Sound bad yet? The badges themselves are a whole different storry, buddy.
